Becca Medvin

BA, MFA, RYT 500, has been practicing yoga for 16 years and teaching for 11 years.

Becca is also a meditation teacher, breathwork facilitator, clairvoyant, flower essence practitioner, and creative writing teacher. Her personal experience with the transformative and healing powers of yoga moves her to help others discover and experience the practices for themselves.

She weaves together many modalities, but ultimately what she teaches is simple: all your answers, all the bliss and love you seek, and the divine already exist within you. Yoga teaches us how to awaken to it, how to experience the sacred energy both within us and infusing all things.
